A new Cross Laminated Timber Panel plant was installed and commissioned for CLTP Tasmania. The fully automated plant used a combination of overseas and Australian timber processing technologies and handling systems.
Our scope included the design and supply of customised MCCs for the handling systems and the design, supply, supervised installation, programming, integration, and commissioning of the timber process and handling systems, safety features, PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and operational controls. We also provided final “As-Builts” electrical drawings and documentation, along with ongoing remote support for the system.
Gympie Regional Council’s water pump stations and reservoir sites required an upgrade to their telemetry and SCADA systems.
The project involved removing obsolete equipment and installing new solutions while maintaining uninterrupted operations. The scope included installing new RTUs, routers, and modems, along with connecting the sites to the 3G/4G cellular network and configuring the ClearSCADA system for remote monitoring. We also provided “As-Builts” drawings and site-specific functional specifications.
Unitywater needed to replace its existing radio network with 4RF radios and associated works at 900+ sites throughout the Unitywater Reticulation Network.
The scope of works included the supply and installation of new outstation 4RF Aprisa radios, 4RF base station radios, 4RF link radios, upgrades to UPS power supplies, and associated electrical and networking cabling. Geo SCADA sites were upgraded to a new template with documented cutover and commissioning plans, commissioning records, and updated electrical drawings to “As-Builts”.
